This product is made to order. I do not have a storage of copies in my house and will be printing till order until my sales increase. I work on this website and business alone so please allow time for me to get it out to you as I have other obligations around this. 

PACKAGING!!

Any prints will be sent out in an envelope with a sheet of card to allow the product to keep its shape. 

I can offer refunds as long as it is not personalised gifts. If the product is personalised, please use the email at the bottom of the page to inform me of any specific requirements if not already stated. I will then use your email to send you pictures of finished results before sending, to ensure you are happy before sending it off. I am open to any suggestions of you want to make them.
